Turmeric spice is a common component of the Indian cuisine. Turmeric contains an active compound named curcumin which has a number of beneficial health properties, including antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant and antitumor effects. Indian people have long been using turmeric as a remedy for treating stomach and liver issues. It is extremely beneficial for liver health because it participates in liver detoxification by stimulating the enzymes that actively take part in the elimination of carcinogenic substances.

Instructions:

Put the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get smooth and homogenous mixture. Consume every morning on an empty stomach.  Enjoy!
